Synclarion

Terms of Service

Effective date: April 29, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Synclarion. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Synclarion is a software platform for licensed real estate agents that unifies transaction management, contact relationships, compliance tracking, and an AI assistant ("Claire"). It is provided as a web application accessible via synclarion.ai.

2. Eligibility

You must be a licensed real estate agent (or directly support one) and at least 18 years old to use Synclarion. By creating an account you represent that the licensing information you provide is accurate and current. Brokerages may sign up on behalf of their agents under a team plan once available.

3. Account & access

You are responsible for safeguarding your password, OAuth integrations, and the activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of your brokerage's policies, your state's real-estate licensing rules, or applicable advertising / fair-housing laws.
  • Upload content that infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or includes data subjects who have not consented (e.g. scraped contact lists with no relationship to you).
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from Synclarion outside the features we provide.
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without our written agreement.
  • Use Claire to generate content that is misleading, defamatory, or represents legal / financial advice as definitive.

5. AI disclaimer

Claire is an AI assistant — not a licensed advisor. Claire produces drafts of emails, summaries of transactions, and suggestions for compliance items based on the data in your account. Claire's output may contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date regulatory information. You remain solely responsible for any document sent, action taken, or decision made — including reviewing every email before sending and every form before filing. Claire does not provide legal, tax, or fiduciary advice. Compliance content (CAR forms, state rules, deadlines) is informational only; consult your broker, attorney, or the applicable agency for definitive guidance.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the data you upload (transactions, contacts, notes, documents). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your transaction data or Claire conversations to train AI models.

7. Third-party integrations

When you connect Google, DocuSign, or other third-party services, you also agree to those providers' terms. Synclarion is not responsible for outages, billing, or policy changes by those providers. You can disconnect any integration at any time from Settings → Integrations.

8. Subscription & billing

Synclarion is offered as a subscription. Pricing tiers, features, and usage limits are described in-app under Settings → Subscription & Billing. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; you keep access through the end of the paid period. Refunds for partial periods are at our discretion.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synclarion is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. for gross negligence or willful misconduct).

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing the service would create a security or legal risk. On termination we will retain or delete your data per the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app and / or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
